My 2017 Mercedes GLC43 battery died due to age. Mercedes west said they could not get me in for 1.5 months. Unfortunately Dan could not find a battery in they system for my specific vehicle, so he called around and found one. Got me back up in running by mid day the same day I dropped it off. I don't know if this is normal for his timelines, but for me, it meant the world. Knowledgable, friendly, up-front, and decent hourly rate.

Amazing service done quickly with a great price, I was very comfortable leaving my car with them and knowing they can fix it and get through any potential complications with their refined skill and expertise.
