My 2017 Mercedes GLC43 battery died due to age. Mercedes west said they could not get me in for 1.5 months. Unfortunately, Dan could not find a battery in the system for my specific vehicle, so he called around and found one. Got me back up in running by mid-day the same day I dropped it off. I don't know if this is normal for his timelines, but for me, it meant the world. Knowledgeable, friendly, up-front, and decent hourly rate.
