Awesome service. My wife's GLC300 windshield wiper drivers side stopped working. I texted the shop late Friday afternoon. Received a reply from Dan in a few minutes as they were closed for Christmas. He said bring the car in Monday morning. I arrived at 9 AM. He took the car right in after 20 minutes he came to the waiting room , handed me the keys said it is all fixed. No charge. He took the assembly apart and found a lose bolt. He fixed the bolt and programed the wiper movement. He refused any money. I could not believe this. Never in my lifetime have I had just wonderful service. Highly recommend this shop. Privately owned.

I brought my Volkswagen here for a transmission service and had an excellent experience. Dan (the owner) is a true enthusiast who clearly knows these cars inside and out. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain the details of the service, which gave me a lot of confidence in his work. The shop is super clean, and I really appreciated the transparent, no pressure, integrity and customer service. I’ll definitely be back for my future maintenance needs.

Heavy upsell on service 👎

Hi Alex. You came to our shop with damaged suspension components from hitting a curb or something similar. We inspected the vehicle and documented the damage which was presented with pictures and explanations. We presented an estimate to replace the damaged suspension components which were obviously bent. All parts on the estimate were original coming from Audi dealer. Unfortunatelly we have no control over those prices. We never upsell you anything, we just presented the minimum necessary in order to run a wheel alignment to verify nothing else was damaged. I understand you might not like the Audi parts prices but again unfortunatelly we do not control these prices. That is not an upsell but it is reality. We actually tried to minimize the cost of repairs as much as possible by recommending to replace only what was visually and very obviously damaged. We hope you can find a shop that meets your requirements. Thank you.
