I encountered an odd issue that two other shops couldn’t resolve. Dan was amazing—he walked me through the initial process and explained the next steps in case the first one didn’t work. He was clear and easy to communicate with! So far, the car is running great, and I’m very happy with the service. I highly recommend this shop, especially for VW owners. I’ll definitely return for future services!

A great shop! I had a bit of a tricky issue and rather than plowing through checklists and racking up the bills, Dan stayed in close touch with me throughout the process so I always knew exactly what was going on at every step.
