Dan chased down an electrical fault in my Smart car in a few short hours - a huge feat considering how pesky they can be! We dropped the car off at end of day on one day, and had the fixed car back the next day. He's incredibly knowledgeable about European makes and models, and provides a detailed overview (with pictures and video) of the issues and fixes. I also appreciated the preventative maintenance tips he shared. I really appreciated his ability to explain all parts of the repair process, and efforts to keep us in the loop about my car while it was in his care. I'm thrilled with Dan's work and will be bringing my Smart back to him for all future "spa days".
